On average I book out 12-24 months in advance (which is absolutely wild to me!) so the sooner you can reach out is always best. Currently I am completely booked for 2022 and I am booking 2023 with prime dates going very quickly (I have not opened my 2024 books yet). Optional: Sometimes couples reach out to me before they book their actual date to check my availability, if they really want to ensure that we can work together (I'm always honored when couples do this!). :)

I'll then confirm if I have your date available and if I do then I'll send over a questionnaire and we will set up a time for a brief Zoom or Facetime consult. I then create an initial proposal for you to give you an idea of my pricing and to make sure we are on the same page about your vision. To officially book your date I require a 20%/$1,000 deposit and a signed contract. The remainder of your payment is due 30 days out from the wedding date.
Absolutely! When you inquire I will ask you some general questions about your vision/preferences but, honestly, having flexibility and trust in me is way more important than knowing anything about flowers. I don't expect you to be a flower expert, that's why you're hiring me :) I'm here to help guide you through this process and am happy to teach you as much about flowers as you'd like to know! At the bottom of this page I've included some photos of labeled bouquets as couples have said they've found this as a helpful starting point (again, no pressure to know specific flower types if you want to give me full creative freedom, I don't mind at all!)!
Yes!! I offer delivery, set-up, and if needed I can also provide teardown services at the conclusion of the event.
Absolutely! The initial proposal is really just a starting point that we can continue to develop as the planning process goes on. If you see any new ideas after booking and want to alter your vision, change your color palette, .find a new favorite flower..just let me know and we will adjust things! Especially when you are booking 1-2 years in advance I kind of expect that you might have some changes as you plan! Changes can continue to be made to your design proposal up to 30 days out from the wedding (when the final payment is due).
It definitely varies on factors such as the size of your wedding party, the number of reception tables you have, how lush you want your ceremony design, etc. I do have a pre-tax minimum spend of $4500. Couples on average spend around $5500-6000-it really just depends on what you want, what you're comfortable spending, and how important flowers are to you in enhancing your wedding day! I'm happy to provide you with a complimentary proposal to give you an idea of pricing for your wedding day.
For each bouquet I provide a simple glass vase, this way you can easily repurpose your bouquets in your reception space! For other vases I do have a selection of compotes, glass and amber bud vases, and other various vases (I can also custom order vases for your wedding). For the most part I prefer to focus on the floral decor and leave the rest of the rentals to the amazing rental companies in the area that I frequently work with (if you need any recommendations please let me know!) I do also have some tall gold Harlow stands for elevated centerpieces, LED candles, and gold candlesticks, and lanterns.
I have several wholesalers that I order from year round and I also source flowers from local farmers (mostly women owned!) when seasonally possible. If you want to prioritize sourcing local flowers please let me know!
Absolutely!! I love when couples ask for my recommendations of videographers, bridal gown shops, rental companies, coordinators, hair and make-up artists, etc. who I've worked with and trust!
